What is the source of the vitamin D3?

Our vitamin D3 is extracted 100% from lichen plant.

Elite vitamin D3 achieves the quality assessment according to Good
Manufacturing Practice (GMP), with FDA Registered and Inspected Facility’s
Standards, in addition to our National Science Foundation (NSF) and the
International Certification Services (ICS) in the U.S. for the quality and proper
dosage.

What is the source of the K2?
Our K2 ingredient is natural natto fermented soy bean from Japan. According to National Institutes of Health, K2 sourced from natto has the highest vitamin K's Micrograms (Mcg) per serving.

Vitamin K2, D3, and other quality ingredients of Elite Vitamin and Elite Herbal Tea products are manufactured here in the U.S. A. in FDA Registered and GMP Registered facilities.

What are the possible Cons of D3, K2, and Magnesium?
For D3:
if taking a dosage greater than 125 Mcg (5000 IU) /day might cause side
effects of kidney stones, confusion, extreme thirst, nausea (unless you have
vitamin d deficiency then please follow your doctor's recommendation on the
appropriate dosage).

For K2: If you're on blood thinners, this vitamin should be limited to what is
typically in your diet. Vitamin K2 dosage higher than 180 Mcg does not cause
any side effect that we know of.

For Magnesium Bis-glycinate: It's safe to take up to 2 capsules per day (400 Mg
total/day). For individuals with acid reflux, take no more than 350 Mg/day.
Taking more than 400 Mg/day might cause nausea. If you have magnesium
deficiency then please follow your doctor's recommendation.

Difference between IU and Mcg?
IU is short for International Units and Mcg is for Microgram in the metric system.
1 IU of Vitamin D is the biological equivalent of 0.025 Mcg Cholecalciferol. Thus,
5000 IU = 125 Mcg.

What is the size of the capsule? Are they large or small?
These capsules are small - the length is 3/4 of an inch, the size of a nickel.
